I’ve been wearing it as much as possible, which is mainly at night when resting. I have also slept in it a few times to maximise the time worn. I believe it is definitely reducing the muscle tension in my neck.

Unsure of the neck cover as I bought it for my husband but he hasn’t used it yet.
