How do I use Back on Track products?
Our FIR technologies: Welltex®, Iontex® and Haematex®
Start using Back on Track: Our products should be introduced gradually to familiarise the body with the effect. Use the product for a maximum of 4 hours the first 2-3 days and then gradually increase by one hour at a time.
After the introduction period: The products should be used for at least 8 hours a day, preferably longer. Already after a few hours, a positive effect on tense muscles and stiff joints is often experienced. For maximum effect, it may take 10-20 days before results are achieved. After that, the product should be used in a way that you feel is effective. This may include longer use for a period and then a break, or shorter periods of time where the product is used for a few hours a day during activity or at night.
If you feel the effect diminish after some time, it may be a good idea to take a break from the product, preferably for about two weeks. After the neutralisation period, you can then reintroduce the product again.
Initial reactions to the products: The increased blood flow may initially, in some cases, cause people to experience irritation, swelling or soreness in the problem area. The reaction is very personal and everyone experiences the effect differently. Horses and dogs may also react to the introduction. Therefore, pay attention to how your animal behaves and reacts when using the products. The initial reaction may occur after only a few hours of use. If discomfort is experienced, the product should not be used again on the same day. Instead, try to introduce the product more gradually in the following days.
Our cooling products: Cool on Track™
NOTE: If the product is dry when taken out of its original packaging - soak the product before unfolding it for the first time. Only handle the product when the material is damp. Do not bend or manipulate the material when it is dry and has hardened.
How to use: A product made from this material is soaked in water, and once excess liquid is squeezed out, it is ready for use. The material will retain its cooling ability as long as it remains wet. The product can be reused by simply soaking it again.
After use: Handwash in low temperature (30°C) and let the product dry flat. After use, the material becomes rigid as it dries. Soaking it will make it supple again - much like a kitchen sponge cloth.
Storage: Store flat and dry. Shape the product for storage while still damp. Note: The product should not be folded or bent when completely dry, since the material may be prone to minor cracking in its rigid state. The product will still be usable, but the cracks may absorb slightly less water.
About Cool on Track™️: Cool on Track™️ is a technical, cooling material with very high absorbency, that lowers temperature by about 6° C. through water evaporation. It contains no chemicals and does not require access to a freezer.
An outside layer made of a durable mesh fabric with large meshes allow for efficient evaporation of water and preserves the shape of the product.
