The shoulder guard is intended to relieve problems with stiffness in the shoulder, from acute inflammation or when the horse is recovering from an injury.
Protects against chafing from blankets at the withers and chest. The entire cover contains Welltex® technology to contribute to increased blood circulation through infrared energy (FIR).
The shoulder guard consists of a soft and flexible material that is gentle on the fur. Thoughtful design, which is designed for an optimal fit over the muscles of the chest and arch. Equipped with soft pads that reduce pressure on bow and withers, and provide extra protection against chafing.
The protection is pulled over the horse's head and fastened with Velcro on the side of the belly.
When selecting your horse's size, this should match the size of the Back on Track rug you're using on your horse.
