Our Poll Cap is lined with Welltex® technology (FIR) to counteract tension in the sensitive neck muscles.
Problems with stiffness and tense muscles in the neck can manifest themselves in many different ways, and it is not uncommon for it to affect other parts of the horse's body.
The poll cap is used under a halter or bridle and is suitable for warming up muscles before training and for recovery afterwards. It has hook-and-loop attachments on each side and a string tie under the jaw or onto the bridle.
Absolutely love this product. Works an absolute treat on our very nervous and reactive horse.

I think the adjustable capacity of this hood is great. Makes it easy to fit snugly and comfortably. Also my horse is a bit hot and flighty this hood definitely has a settling effect on him.
